Hot Pecan Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. or jar dry beef, finely chopped
1/4 c. diced green pepper
2 tsp. butter
1 small onion, grated
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Toast pecans in butter in 350\u00b0 oven until golden.
Whip remaining ingredients in a bowl.
Add 1/2 cup toasted pecans. Stir well.
Spoon into an 8 or 9-inch pie pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup pecans on top.
Serve hot or cold. Serve with crackers.
