Chipped Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    5 oz. chipped beef, chopped fine
    4 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    chopped walnuts
    dash of garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well except walnuts.
    Place in casserole and sprinkle nuts over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
