Peter'S Pot - cooking recipe
Ingredients

small can crab
small can shrimp
small can light tuna
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 Tbsp. onion flakes
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 c. sweet pepper flakes
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. dry sherry
Preparation

Cover with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake uncovered in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Remove from oven and let stand 5 to 10 minutes before cutting in squares to serve.
Can be made the day before, adding crumbs at time of baking.
Leftovers are good cold.
Serves 8 to 12.
