Dutch Fruit Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    3 c. cut up fruit
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt margarine in skillet over low heat.
    Add sugar, orange juice, fruit and cinnamon; cook until fruit is done.
    Keep warm while preparing, eggs, salt, flour and milk.
