Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 taco seasoning mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies
    6 corn tortillas
    1 lb. cheese
Preparation
    Prepare ground beef as you would for tacos.
    Place the 6 tortillas on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Slightly curve them up the sides and ends of dish.
    Put taco meat over tortillas.
    In same skillet, heat Ro-Tel and both soups to combine.
    Pour over taco meat.
    Grate cheese and sprinkle over soup mixture.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cheese is your choice, but I use Velveeta cheese.
    Tastes great hot, but is better if left to cool until set.
