Mini Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cream cheese (three 8 oz. pkg.)
    2/3 c. sugar
    3 large eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 boxes vanilla wafers
    2 cans pie filling (any flavor)
Preparation
    Combine first four ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Place vanilla wafer in bottom of cups; fill 1/2 full with cream mixture. Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with pie filling while hot.
    Serves 100.
