Sweet Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c. nuts (walnuts)
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. allspice
4 eggs
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
dash of salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Bake in Bundt pan.
Before putting in oven take some cocoa and make paste.
Pour on top of batter.
With knife, cut through batter several times.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
