Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. cornbread mix
    8 slices bacon
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. ham, diced small
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1 tsp. each: salt and pepper
    1 small jar Hellmann's real mayonnaise
Preparation
    Prepare the cornbread mix according to the instructions on the back of the package.
    Bake and allow to cool.
    Crumble cornbread into a large bowl.
    Fry bacon crispy; drain and crumble into the bowl of cornbread.
    Add the cheese, ham, green onions, salt and pepper, then stir.
    Add entire jar of mayonnaise and mix well. Cover and chill for one hour and serve.
    Yield:
    12 to 15.
