Old Fashioned Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 c. melted butter
6 Tbsp. cornmeal
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
juice and grated rind of 2 lemons
Preparation

Beat eggs until foamy.
Add sugar, butter, cornmeal, milk, vanilla, juice and rind.
Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until set and lightly browned.
