Ingredients

2 c. bread cubes
1/2 c. seedless raisins
2 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. scalded milk
1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Put bread cubes and raisins in 8-inch round bake dish.
Beat eggs slightly.
Stir in sugar, salt, vanilla and milk.
Pour over raisins and bread cubes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Mix cracker crumbs and brown sugar; sprinkle on top, then bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
