Cinnamon Fruit Biscuit Crunches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. can flaky biscuits
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
10 tsp. strawberry preserves
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
Preparation

Melt margarine.
Separate 10 biscuits.
Combine cinnamon and sugar.
Dip both sides of biscuit in melted margarine, then in sugar mixture.
Make a deep thumbprint in center of each biscuit. Fill with 1 teaspoon of preserves.
Bake in an ungreased 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan (or a 9 x 13-inch pan) at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Can be served warm or cold.
