No-Fail Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk (2/3 c.)
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallows (2 c.)
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Butter a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    In large saucepan, combine the first 3 ingredients.
    Heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Reduce heat; simmer for 5 to 8 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add marshmallows and chocolate chips; blend well.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Pour into prepared pan.
