Cabbage Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    6 c. cabbage, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1 c. water
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, drained
    salt and pepper to taste
    chili powder
    Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain.
    In large skillet saute onion, cabbage and celery.
    Place meat and vegetables in a Dutch oven. Add beans, tomatoes and seasonings.
    Simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
    Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
    Delicious alone or served over rice.
