Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. thick sour milk
1 1/2 c. thinly cut rhubarb
2 c. sifted flour
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1/4 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture alternately with sour milk, beating
smooth after each addition. Stir in cut rhubarb and vanilla. Pour batter into a 9 x 12-inch pan (greased). Combine white sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over top of cake. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
