Mexican Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf bread
    1/4 c. refried beans
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
    chopped black olives
    sliced green onions
    sour cream
    salsa
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place 1/2 teaspoon of beans on bread. Sprinkle with cheese, olives and onions.
    Place a dab of sour cream on top.
    Add slice of bread on top.
    Pinch edges.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve with salsa for dipping.
