Chinese Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    2 onions, cut up
    3 tomatoes, peeled and quartered or 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 green bell peppers, sliced
    1/3 c. soy sauce or to taste
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil.
    Add onions, peppers and garlic.
    Stir and simmer for two minutes.
    Add tomatoes, soy sauce and sugar. Simmer for 15 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
