Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, beaten lightly
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed very dry
    2 c. stuffing mix, herb or other flavor (use dry)
    1 large onion, grated
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 clove garlic or garlic powder
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. poultry seasonings (optional)
    1 stick margarine, room temperature
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs lightly.
    Add the next 9 ingredients.
    Roll into walnut size balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
