Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. raw peanuts
1 Tbsp. baking soda
Preparation

Cover 2 cookie sheets with foil which has been coated with butter.
Place first 4 ingredients in electric skillet at 400\u00b0; cook until brown (about 10 to 12 minutes).
Stir constantly. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda.
Very quickly pour into pans.
Spread ingredients while pouring.
Let cool 30 minutes; break.
