Red Beans And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. beans
    1 large chopped onion
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. red pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 tsp. garlic powder
    approximately 2 lb. smoked sausage or Polish sausage
Preparation
    Cook beans and spices slowly until beans are done. Add sausage when beans are cooked.
    Let beans and sausage come to a boil, then let simmer. Serve over rice.
