Hot Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 case tomatoes, chopped
    1 bunch celery, chopped
    1/2 lb. hot peppers, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    4 green peppers, chopped
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 qt. water
    salt and pepper to suit taste
Preparation
    Boil 1 hour, put in jars and seal.
    Process 10 minutes.
