Linda'S Luscious Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
1/3 c. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
4 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1 1/2 c. water
Preparation

In skillet, combine cornstarch, salt and sugar. Stir in water and lemon juice.
Cook over medium heat. Stir constantly until mixture thickens and boils.
Remove from heat.
