Corn Cheese Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, drained
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 medium green pepper, chopped
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. melted margarine
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Mix well. Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
