French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 slices day-old bread
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly the eggs, milk, sugar and salt in a pie pan or baking dish.
    Melt butter in skillet until bubbly, but not brown. Dip bread in egg mixture, turning to coat both sides.
    Place in skillet; fry until golden brown.
    Turn and brown other side. Yield 2 servings.
