Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    baking potatoes
    Cheddar cheese, grated
    bacon bits
    sour cream
Preparation
    Bake potatoes and cool.
    Slice in half lengthwise.
    Hull out potatoes with spoon, leaving 1/2-inch potato on skin.
    Drop potato skin in deep fat and fry until crisp.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Top with grated cheese and bacon bits and broil in oven until cheese melts.
    Remove from oven and top with sour cream.
