Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage, chopped
    1 bell pepper, grated
    1 carrot, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Mix together cabbage, bell pepper, carrot and salt.
    Let this stand 1 hour, then drain.
    Mix remaining ingredients; boil 1 minute.
    Cool to lukewarm; pour over cabbage.
