Salsa Casa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced, seeded tomatoes
    1/2 c. sweet onions, finely diced
    5 Tbsp. fresh, minced cilantro (substitute 3 Tbsp. dried)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lime juice
    3 tsp. fresh jalapenos, finely diced
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and serve as a condiment with meats or as a dip for tortilla chips.
