Five Minute Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. Carnation milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine butter, milk, sugar and salt in saucepan over medium heat.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. (Start timing when mixture starts to bubble around edges of pan.) Remove from heat.
    Stir in marshmallows, chocolate, vanilla and nuts.
    Stir vigorously for 1 minute, until marshmallows melt and blend.
    Pour into 8 x 8-inch buttered pan.
    Cool and cut into squares.
    Makes about 2 pounds.
