Basil Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
2 Tbsp. Chablis or white wine
2 Tbsp. water
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 c. hot cooked rice (no salt)
Preparation

On waxed paper, combine flour and 1 teaspoon basil.
Coat chicken lightly with flour mixture.
