Harvest Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch of nutmeg
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. melted unsalted butter
    1 uncooked prepared pie shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    In a bowl, combine the potatoes, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    In another bowl, lightly beat the eggs, milk and butter.
    Add to the sweet potato
    mixture and combine well.
    Pour the mixture into the pie shell.
    Bake in the center of the oven for 45 minutes or until the tip of a knife comes out clean when tested.
