Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. rice, uncooked
    2 c. milk
    1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup
    salt and pepper
    1 cut up chicken
Preparation
    Line a 9 x 13-inch cake pan with foil.
    Put rice in bottom with 1 cup milk.
    Lay on chicken pieces.
    (I use 6 to 8 chicken breasts instead of whole chicken.)
    Sprinkle seasonings and onion soup on top.
    Pour soup and 1 cup milk (mixed) over chicken. Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
