Ingredients

2 c. (100 grams) shredded coconut
1/2 c. (125 ml) sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine the coconut and milk.
Add vanilla and mix thoroughly. Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 (180\u00b0 C) oven for about 10 minutes.
Remove from sheet immediately when the macaroons are cooked.
Makes about 2 dozen.
