Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
2 c. diced celery
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. sliced or slivered almonds
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. potato chips, crushed
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except the potato chips and cheese.
Put in oiled 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with the potato chips mixed with the cheese.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Can be made ahead and refrigerated. Bake 5 minutes longer.
