Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground pork
    3/4 c. rice (1 bag), cooked
    6 green peppers
    2 cans tomato soup
    1 1/2 to 2 cans water
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix beef and pork.
    Add cooked rice, salt and pepper.
    Hollow out peppers and stuff.
    Place in large Dutch oven pan.
    Pour soup and water in.
    Cook over medium heat until boiling, then lower heat.
    Peppers are done when peppers are soft and meat tastes done, about an hour and a half.
    Add sour cream to soup when peppers are cooked and done.
