Peach Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen peaches or equal amount fresh peaches, sliced
    1/2 pt. coffee cream or 1 small can evaporated milk
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 deep dish pastry shells
Preparation
    Combine sugar and cornstarch.
    Put 1/4 the amount in bottom of pie shell.
    Put in peaches, arranging slices close together. Sprinkle remaining sugar mixture over peaches.
    Pour cream over all.
    Strip top with pastry.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce to 375\u00b0 to finish baking (about 45 minutes).
