Cajun Cake(Chocolate Sheet Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks oleo
    1 c. water
    2 heaped Tbsp. cocoa
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sour milk or 1/2 c. sweet milk + 1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Bring to a boil oleo, water and cocoa. Sift together flour, sugar, soda and salt. Add to cocoa mixture and stir well. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Mix well. Bake in 13 X 9 inch pan at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until done. Frosting-melt and eat.
