Lazy Daisy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. shortening
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt

Preparation

Heat milk and shortening until shortening melts.
Mix all together; pour in oiled small pan.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
