Gyoza (Pot Stickers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Gyoza wrappers (you can purchase at any Oriental grocery store)
    200 g. cabbage, chopped
    1 branch green onion, chopped
    300 g. ground pork
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cooking wine
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. ginger juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except wrappers) by hand in a ball until mixed very well.
    Spread wrappers on clean surface; divide filling evenly onto wrappers.
    Wet edge of each wrapper with a little water and fold wrapper with filling in half.
    Gather one edge of wrapper if you wish.
