Carrot Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 carrots, finely grated
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
    16 single saltine crackers
    2 Tbsp. horseradish sauce
    1/2 tsp. dry onion
    salad dressing (Miracle Whip) to desired consistency
Preparation
    Mix and keep in fridge.
    Serve only on Chicken in a Biskit crackers.
    Great for parties.
