Granola - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. oats (regular or instant)
2 c. wheat germ
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. sesame seed
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. oil (peanut)
1 tsp. salt
raisins, figs or other dried fruit (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except fruits together with hands and get all lumps out of brown sugar.
Bake in roasting pan at 325\u00b0 until golden brown, about 45 minutes.
Stir every 10 minutes.
Cool.
Add raisins, chopped figs or other dried fruits, if desired.
Keep in plastic bags or cannister in refrigerator or freezer.
