Buttermilk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil (Crisco)
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Cream eggs and sugar.
    Add flour and buttermilk alternately. Then add all other ingredients and mix with a spoon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour in greased and floured Bundt pan or tube pan.
