Oreo Cookie Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 large pkg. instant vanilla or chocolate pudding mix

Preparation

Mix crushed Oreos and margarine.
Spread 1/2 of the mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan and refrigerate while mixing other ingredients. Mix 1/2 of Cool Whip and 8 ounces cream cheese until blended well.
Spread over crust.
Mix pudding with 2 1/2 cups cold milk. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top and sprinkle rest of Oreo mixture on top.
Refrigerate.
