White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Parkay butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    7 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. candied pineapple
    1 lb. candied red and green cherries
    1 lb. white raisins
    1 qt. or more pecans
Preparation
    Use part of flour to coat chopped fruit and nuts. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well. Fold in remaining flour; add fruit and nuts. Bake in greased and floured cake pan at 250\u00b0, approximately 3 hours. Partly cool before removing from pan.
