Hungarian Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    6 chicken breasts
    1 small head cabbage, cored and cut into 1/2-inch slices
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    paprika
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 red cooking apples, cored and sliced
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    2 tsp. caraway seed
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a large skillet. Dust chicken lightly with paprika. Brown chicken on all sides over medium heat.
    Cook chicken 30 minutes.
