Ingredients

1/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
1 packet cream cheese (8 oz.)
6 whole eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Mix the sugar and water in a deep, ovenproof glass dish.
Place dish in oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until caramel forms.
Let caramel cool.
Mix the rest of the ingredients in a blender for a few minutes (blend in the cream cheese last).
Pour mixture in glass dish which contains the caramel.
Bake in oven for 12 to 14 minutes.
