Broccoli Haters Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. olive oil
    1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 Tbsp. water
    4 c. broccoli flowerets (1 medium head)
    1 small green pepper, cored, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch strips
    pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
    1 tsp. dried oregano
Preparation
    In heavy 12-inch skillet, heat olive oil for 1 minute.
    Add onion, garlic, water, broccoli, pepper, oregano and pepper flakes. Cook, stirring, for about 2 minutes.
    Cover skillet, reduce heat to low and cook 8 to 9 minutes longer, stirring often until tender, but crisp.
    Serves 4. Nutrition information per serving:
    7 grams fat; 16 calories; 0 cholesterol and 39 mg sodium.
