Low-Fat Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1/2 c. grated carrots
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2/3 c. powdered (dry) milk
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    6 Tbsp. flour
    4 pkg. sweetener
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    In a separate bowl, combine beaten eggs and vanilla.
    Add dry ingredients and balance of ingredients. Spray (12-count) muffin pan with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
