Peon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (7 oz.) can diced green chilies
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 doz. corn tortillas (1/4-inch pieces)
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1/2 chopped onion
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    pepper, salt and garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef and onions in skillet.
    Add green chilies and cook 10 minutes.
    Add seasonings to taste.
    Add soup and milk; simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
