Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 lb. chuck roast
    1 large bag frozen or fresh okra
    1 can creamed corn or fresh creamed corn
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 large onion
    1 can sweet peas
    3 to 4 chopped potatoes
    1 small can V-8 juice
Preparation
    Note:
    Any other vegetables on hand may be added.
