Spinach Fondondo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (6 or 8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 to 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 can celery soup
    1 c. sour cream
    sliced Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Combine the first 6 ingredients.
    Add the spinach; cover pan and cook until thawed.
    Add the soup and sour cream; mix thoroughly.
    Transfer to buttered casserole.
    Arrange sliced cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
