Chicken Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boneless chicken breasts
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. lemon and pepper seasoning salt
    1/2 c. oleo
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    8 lemon slices
    1 c. cooking sherry
    juice of 2 lemons
    fresh parsley (to garnish)
Preparation
    Coat chicken breasts with flour and seasoned salt.
    Saute chicken with oleo and oil, adding more if needed.
    Transfer cooked breasts to a platter.
    Squeeze lemon juice over them.
    Keep warm until served.
